Rock Shox SID Rim/Disc Fork Dual Air 1 x 208mm 26 Black

For your interest in this excellent fork with a history of light use. An employee at Rock Shox custom assembled this fork with what was reported to be the last 1 inch steerer available from Rock Shox. The original crown and steerer were replaced with this 1 inch steerer to fit a vintage bike. The internals were also updated with a more recent cartridge featuring a remote lockout. The 1 inch steerer is cut to a length of 208mm with a star nut installed. There are surface marks and scratches. The stickers show normal wear.

The main seals are aged and cracked as photographed. There is no record of service.

The air spring holds pressure over time. The fork compresses and rebounds smoothly. New seals and oil will be required for optimal performance.
