This came new on my 2020 Specialized Epic. I rode it for 100 hours this year and sent it to Specialized to be rebuilt.

When I got it back I didn't like the feel as much. I sent it back to Specialized and they said that the new feel was the position sensitive technology that allows it to travel for 20mm before engaging the brain (see included note).
