Pure Damping system with Climb-It Control lockout. 1 1/8" straight aluminum steerer, 7 9/16" long with new star nut installed at the correct dept. For 9mm quick-release axles only. Fully rebuilt internals with genuine Rockshox parts kit #. All o-rings on Dual Air Spring replaced and coated with Slick Honey.

Top of air spring lubed with Fox Float Fluid. All o-rings and glide ring replaced on compression and rebound dampers and refilled with Spectro 5wt oil. 10cc of Spectro 5wt oil in each side of lowers.

Oil and dust seals coated generously in Slick-o-leum grease (SRAM butter). 0 miles, not installed since rebuild. Rebound fixing bolt upgraded to the fancy red anodized aluminum bolt and knob found on later forks. Two small dents on the lowers that do not affect the functionality of the fork. Lowers were stripped to bare metal to inspect the dents for cracks, none found.

Lowers were painted with green zinc-chromate aircraft primer to prevent corrosion. Main color is Duplicolor automotive paint: Clover Green Pearl (Honda OEM color). Three coats, lightly sanded with 600 grit in between.

Top coated with Duplicolor Protective Clear Coat Finish: three coats. Lowers are a bit rough due to me not using a high-fill primer on top of the rough magnesium casting, but still look great from a few feet away. Beautiful dark green metallic sparkle in the sun. There are a few small paint chips in the backside of the lowers crown from the dust seal installation tool. Uppers crown still has the base black powdercoat underneath three coats of Clover Green Pearl paint and three coats of Clear Coat Finish.

Powdercoat was roughed up with 220 grit before painting and 600 grit between each coat of green. It's not a perfect paint job, as a super high quality paint job would exceed the value of the fork, but it's been done carefully. All damping, lockout and spring functions are normal. Dual Air spring holds pressure on both chambers perfectly, rebound and compression damping are smooth, and lockout is rock solid. A few small hairline cracks on the Climb-It Control lockout knob.....
