Sycip Unleaded Mountain Bike Rock Shox Sid Shimano XTR XT Chris King New Build

Never thought it would come to this but I'm forced to sell my handmade Sycip unleaded, weld are just pure artwork. Bike looks stunning in person, when you see this bike you will understand what I mean. Beautiful handmade steel bike by one of the best bike building companies in the world - Sycip Cycles.

If your a fan of independent fabrications, hunter cycles, early tom Ritchey, Bruce Gordon, Albert Eisentraut, rock lobster, Soulcraft, Steelman, Bernie Mikkelsen, ect.. You will really enjoy this bicycle! Handcrafted from steel, in my honest opinion you can't find a more comfortable ride then a high end steel bike. If your a fan of handmade steel bikes and what it takes to build one this will be a treasure to own.

Frame is a nice metallic deep orange also has a gold pearl in the powder. It really shows in the sunlight without being too over the top. Just a sharp bike that's ready to be finished built and ridden. Frame powdercoat is called (sparkle bomber orange) if you want to look it up.

Bike was a dream bike build for me but now with work being very slow and bills piling up I just can't keep her. I'm hoping to pass this on to another collector/bike enthusiast who's in better financial state than myself currently. Expensive Black Chris king sotto voce headset and Chris king bottom bracket(both new). Truativ noir t40 carbon bars and truativ stylo t30 stem.

Rock Shox Sid race fork. Low use on Complete XT 3x9 group with Xtr front derailleur included. New XT hydraulic brakes and rotors. New continental 2.4 mountain king tires mounted to new mavic crossmax enduro wheelset.

Gold plated titanium bolts for water bottle cages. Wtb Seat and Thomson seatpost are from another bike and I will be keeping. Bike is bike show ready plus a lot of go. Your bike will be the envy of everyone you know, especially since you'll be in front of them.. Cool wishbone mono rear seat stay with exposed pennies on the top. Such a cool feature that Jeremy/Sycip is known for..

Overall a really sweet bike that will last forever with proper maintenance. Seat tube center to center is 18. Seat tube center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube is 20.

Top tube is 23.5 center to center(actual). Bottom bracket is 68mm, English threaded. You could look up the properties of high tensile steel anywhere but Scot Nicol(ibis founder) has a very cool write up on the ibis site.
