The only thing I have done to the fork since removing it from the packing material is clamp my front wheel in it my 27.5x. 2.20 tire rubs the bridge between the lowers very slightly, and compress it against the floor a couple times to make sure it didn't do anything ridiculous like bottom out or leak visibly (it didn't- it sprung back fine).

I think its set at 63mm but I dont know for sure. I never took it apart or messed with it. It is in the same condition now as when I bought it USED. The internals are air-oil, a. Neutral shaft, and adjustable rebound damping in the right leg. This offers very good control over how your front end rides, being able to dial in the action based on your taste and trail conditions.
